Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal jokingly slapped a journalist during the press conference after the defeat from Southampton 0:1. Dutch specialist was in a visibly bad mood after losing six matches of the "Red Devils" in the season, and one question from a representative of the media caused him to think and react in a curious way.
Van Gaal was asked whether United are interested in Ashley Cole, the question was asked at the end of the press conference when the manager has already left the room. He stopped, thought and said: "He has not played a year" and then slapped twice in the face journalist ask questions.
