25-year-old Barcelona defender Marc Bartra will not be sold during the winter transfer window, the club announced.
He does not fall in the starting 11 Barca in most games this season and has recorded only 341 minutes. Interest in the player is from Sevilla and Schalke.
"I will not let go Bartra, I know that," said sporting director of Barcelona.
At the same time, Douglas will probably leave the club (defender has 3 games in the championship season).
"If the club appeared advantageous for the player and the club, he will leave, we want him to play," added Fernandez.
