Manchester United defender in hospital spitting blood

Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian was admitted to hospital
after losing team 0: 1 from Southampton on Saturday in a match of the 23rd round of the football championship of England.

The Italian defender was hit in the chest and replaced in the 60th minute of the match. He was substituted forced and subsequently ended up in the hospital, but was not reported what his diagnosis.
The manager of "Red Devils" Louis van Gaal confirmed that Darmian was in the hospital, as revealed some not particularly shown partiality details about his condition before being admitted for treatment.
"Matteo was not well and was spitting blood. It is nice to see such things," said Van Gaal.
