"In the second part of the game our attackers failed to score in the door of Sunderland and already lost even theoretical chances of a champion. For attackers the main thing is to be confident they now have a problem with that," said the French expert.
"We played a good first half. At the end of the game we did not play well enough and in the end quite quickly," he added.
"Dominated, created chances, but we failed to realize. In this game we had to attack all the time. Of course we wanted to win. We think about the next game we will do the necessary to win," said Wenger.
