The management of AS Roma has reached an agreement with Chelsea for the sale of midfielder Radja Nainggolan, reported British newspapers.
The Belgian international is a major transfer target of new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, who will head the Londoners in the summer.
According to information Roma will receive 36 million euros for the transfer of one of its main players and he will sign a five-year contract with Chelsea.
Nainggolan has 32 matches in Serie A this season with 5 goals and 1 assist.
