Borussia Dortmund still has not given up the fight for its leader Mats Hummels or at least the ability to use defender next season.
The club announced that the player has expressed a desire to be sold to Bayern Munich in the summer, but this "does not mean that Mats will not play with our team next season," stated Borussia boss Hans-Joachim Watzke.
The contract with the German national Dortmund up to 2017, but whether he will be transferred to Bayern this summer, depends entirely on the transfer fee that Bayern will offer.
According to German media from Borussia will expect a sum of around € 40 million to part with Hummels. Otherwise possible defender to play next season in Dortmund, then move to Bayern Munich as a free agent.
