PSG coach Laurent Blanc will remain at his post next season. It said the president of Parisians Nasser Al-Helaifi after the success of the team in the tournament League Cup in France.
Last week PSG boss Blanc sharply criticized for his tactical approach to the match with Manchester City in the Champions League, after which the French were eliminated from the tournament.
After the victory over Lille in the Cup final, however, Al-Helaifi announced that the specialist will remain at his post in the new season.
"In February, his contract was extended by two years. He will remain with us next year. When we lose, we lose all. The responsibility is collective. For us it was very important to win the Cup after dropping out of Manchester City. The last two weeks have been very difficult. This victory allows us to breathe, "said the president of Paris Saint-Germain.
