Everton win against Bournemouth in FA Cup

The team of Everton qualified for the quarterfinals in the tournament for the FA Cup after beating Bournemouth in the fifth round of the competition. "Caramel" won 2: 0 after goals from Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku in the second half. In the first part the home of Bournemouth missed from the spot.


Roberto Martinez's team qualified for this stage of the tournament for the fourth time in five seasons.

The most interesting situation in the first half came in the 38th minute when the hosts were awarded a penalty after James McCarthy handball in the box.

In the second half Everton took their after goals from Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku, who scored 21 th goal of the season in all competitions.
