Roma coach Luciano Spalletti admitted that he had seen quite tactical
problems against Real Madrid, but despite the defeat 0:2, believes that
his team has played well and is on the right track.
"Roma fans are accustomed to great players, great matches
and great moments. Once we applauded at the end, you have seen tremendous effort and we know that we are not properly rewarded for it," explained the coach.
"Real Madrid has the necessary class to take advantage of every meter of free space, which quickly became a kilometer," he continued. "We were not as good as them in this regard."
