Alphabet of Premiership: Teddy Sheringham

One of the legends of Manchester United Teddy Sheringham is the next guest in the "Alphabet of the Premier League."

In 1991 Brian Clough attracts Teddy Sheringham at Nottingham Forest. Striker makes presence felt from the outset.
He immediately proved impact in his debut season for OHL won the Golden Boot with his 22 goals. When Jürgen Klinsmann arrived at the club was formed a memorable duo in attack. In 94/95 season they recorded an impressive total of 38 league goals between them.
Sheringham admitted: "I can not express how valuable it was for me to play with Jurgen. He is a true genius and showed everyone what it means to be a top player."
In 1997 passes Sheringham Manchester United and his undoubted class had a huge impact on the club.
Solskyar tells more: "There was a big gap to fill - that of Eric Cantona. Now his work was different - had to convince fans that the right person and that is the right purchase for the manager."

Teddy recalls: "Giggs fired volley with his right foot from the edge of the box. I was careful in penalteriyata and the ball was in my feet. One of the sweetest goals in my career."
In his last season at Old Trafford Sheringham finishes as top scorer and being voted for Player of the Year by both players and journalists.
After four years at United, Sheringham returned to Tottenham before taking a short to Portsmouth. Transfer to West Ham followed with a goal in 2006 that Sheringham became the oldest scorer in the history of the OHL 40 years. Two years later he retired, devoting to coaching with a short stay in Stevenage.
More than 20 years Sheringham captivated fans with his game. His vision and finish it become one of the best strikers in the history of the OHL.
"I loved every minute that I was a professional footballer and I would do it again," says Teddy Sheringham.
