The team of Athletic Bilbao beat Real Betis 3: 1 in the 29th round of the Spanish Primera Liga. Bilbao occupy sixth place in the standings in Spain by 47 points in the asset, but it was a quarter of a victory in a row for the team. Betis again interrupted run of six matches without defeat and occupies 11th position in the ranking with 34 points so far.
Bilbao hosts took the lead in the 34th minute with a goal by 24-year-old Sabin Merino, who later in the game and scored the second goal. In the 50th minute Sabin made the score 3: 0. Before him in the door of Betis with great shock and scored Mikel Rico after 44 minutes.
Guests of Betis lowered in the 85th minute through Ruben Castro, who surpassed the defense of Bilbao, and scored a wonderful goal with a header final 3: 1 in favor of Athletic Bilbao.
