Antonio Conte will almost certainly be the new Chelsea manager next season. Italian prepares drastic changes at the club and has received full approval from owner Roman Abramovich.
Conte plans to build a structure of 18 people who will monitor the development of the first team, adolescent players from the academy, and also identified players who fall into the transfer plans of the club.
