The manager of English football club Southampton, Dutchman Ronald Koeman made no secret of his desire to become coach of Barcelona. In the words of the Dutchman, he would have paid to pillows Catalan team.
"I would have paid to train this Barcelona Ronald Koeman said, quoted by Sport Mediaset. I was close to becoming coach of the Catalan club in 2003, but Ajax did not give me permission."
