Attracting Spanish international goalkeeper Iker Casillas has become a
real fiasco for Porto, said

In July 2015 Casillas signed a contract with Porto for two years with the option for another season. So far goalkeeper had conducted his entire career at Real Madrid.
"The signing of Casillas proved to be an absolute failure. Iker not only met our expectations, but we fail a few games and was the reason for our early elimination from the Champions League," said the president.
Porto is currently third in the Portuguese championship with 6 points behind leaders Benfica.
