Van Gaal: Mata had to know he would hurt us

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal said the red card Juan Mata was what decided the match against
West Bromwich Albion.

West Brom won with 1: 0 over "Reds" and Mata received two yellow cards within three minutes more in the first half.
It was the first red card of Mata team United, but Van Gaal did not fail to note that the Spaniard actually had contact with an opposing player.
"His first yellow card was stupid because even while doing it, you know that it is booked. Already in the second, you know you have one, so you should have it in mind. It's hard. Detriment of the whole team," he said Van Gaal to Sky Sports.
