Ferencváros became a champion of Hungary after a 12-year break. The team triumphed with the title despite losing third Debrecen 1: 2 this weekend.
The team has a 22 point lead at the top and is unreachable from the second ICC, which also lost from Paksi SE 1: 4.
The title is number 29 on the most titled Hungarian club Ferencváros. Ferencváros last champions in season 2003/04.
