Barcelona striker Luis Suarez admitted he was amazed at his achievement - 8 goals for three days. The Uruguayan scored 4 goals against Deportivo on Wednesday and four more last night against Gijon. He is the first player in the history of the Primera, which marks no less than four goals in two consecutive meetings.
"I'm amazed that I managed to score eight hits in three days. I just want to help the team. To become the best scorer is my goal, but I prefer the team to win the championship," said Suarez.
He headed the list of scorers in La Liga with 34 goals. Real ace Cristiano Ronaldo has 31. Another Saturday Barcelona travel to Real Betis, Real play outside with Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid welcome Rayo Vallecano.
