Liverpool is not threatened by any punishment after positive doping test defender Mamadou Sakho.
Under the provisions of UEFA and Wada, a club can be punished in some way, if found positive doping samples in at least two players in one season.
This effectively means that Liverpool and their further participation in the Europa League are not threatened in any way.
Sample Sacco was made right after the match in the Europa League - rematch of the second round against Manchester United.
Big trouble, however, for the very player who is threatened with punishment between six months and two years if ultimately be determined guilty.
To clarify the case Sacco will miss all matches of Liverpool is questionable and his participation at the European Championship in France.
