This is the end: John Terry play his last season at Chelsea

John Terry has confirmed that he left Chelsea in the summer when his contract expires with Londoners.
"Blue" will not renew the contract of their captain who is now 35 years.

The former England international will likely continue his career outside England after repeatedly he says did not want to play for another club in the UK.
"Unfortunately there will be no fairytale ending. I will not retire at Chelsea," said Terry. "I know news of the last week before the game against Arsenal, and the contract will not be renewed. This is my last participation of the FA Cup, and I want to finish well."
"For me this is an important season and want to continue everywhere, in all tournaments. I know for some time, and already within itself accepted it. You just have to move on," explained Terry.
"They told me that when the new manager came, things may change. But at the moment will not stay. I wanted to make sure I've done everything possible. It took me several days to realize it."
"My game will not change - the way I train, or what I give to the team. I want to give everything and finish properly, 100 percent a good relationship with the club."
"I could not keep playing for another team in the Premier League team. I could not have caused it to fans of Chelsea. Surely it will be elsewhere."
"My agent arranged a meeting with the club now in January. I wanted to hear it personally. Unfortunately I will not be. Otherwise I feel in great time playing great and I have a few years ahead. Just not here."
"We talked and what will leave the club, my heritage for generations. But the most important thing now is to return to the proper place in the standings."
"The first four or five games of the season I did not play well, and most of the guys in the team. But since then things have changed a lot. Now I can only hard work, as it would be my last season here."
"No player is bigger than the club. Of course, I wanted to stay, but the club is going in another direction. No doubt, will come at least one or two great defenders. I want to return here one day I support Chelsea with my kids and enjoy his success. Unfortunately I will not be part of them but I want the team to be better. This is my last year and I want to retire on top. "
