Celta won with 2: 1 over Granada in the last match of the 35th round of La Liga.
With three points the team from Vigo shift from Athletic Bilbao in fifth place in the Spanish championship and strengthen their hopes of a place in Europe.
Granada did the battle for survival by just one point from the line.
Iago Aspas scored both goals for Celta, the first from the penalty spot in the 16th minute and the second in the 76th. Among them scorer Granada Youssef El-Arabi scored again but his goal in the 69th minute was the only one on his team.
Since February, Celta have lesions only grandees Barcelona and Real Madrid, but this match was the seventh team unbeaten.
