The management of AS Roma rejected the first offer to Chelsea for Radja Nainggolan, reported British newspapers.
According to information Londoners have made an offer worth 30.5 million pounds for the Belgian national plus 3 million bonus, but Roma are not accepted it.
Chelsea certainly expected to make a new bid for the midfielder in the coming days as the 27-year-old's main transfer target of the new manager of the "blue" Antonio Conte.
Belgian footballer was first linked with a move to "Bridge", but last summer Roma rejected Chelsea bid for him.
Nainggolan has a contract with "Roman wolves" by summer 2020. He received a salary of 3.5 million euros.
