Abramovich to replace Ancelotti with Guardiola?

Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti looks like an isolated figure in Chelsea, after his assistant Ray Wilkins was sacked, but sporting director Frank Arnesen wants to leave at the end of the season, says the Daily Mail.
According to club sources expect the team owner Roman Abramovich to turn to the model of Barcelona to improve his team.
The contract to coach the Spanish champion Josep Guardiola will expire in May next year and it seems he is a goal № 1 of Abramovich to replace Ancelotti, who will be released, if this trend changes at the club continue.
Russian billionaire still wants the team to show more exciting football, although last year Chelsea won the first ever double English and with a record 103 goals.
Sources close to Abramovich, suggest that the former Barcelona sports director - 46-year-Chiki Begiristayn may also be attracted to the club.
In Chelsea aim to produce their own stars on the example of Barcelona, whose academy produced players like Lionel Messi, Xavi and Andres Iniesta.
Ironically Begiristayn had a very small contribution to the development of the school, but during his seven year stay in the club its productivity increases.
President Chelsea Bruce Buck insists Arnesen wants to go to find "new challenge".
The truth is that Dane has come under enormous pressure more than a year after his expensive club academy program failed to produce enough players who eventually played in the first team.
