Berbatov is among the best transfers in the UK

Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov Manchester United again find a place in the prestigious ranking.

This time it is included among the best transfers in England selected by the prestigious daily newspaper The Independent.

Berbatov falls in the ranking with the transfer from German Bayer Leverkusen to Tottenham for 10.9 million pounds in 2006. Then he looked at all cheap, but for two seasons at Spurs, he won the hearts of fans and triple its price.

Here are some of the other great transfers in England:

Ole Gunnar Solskjær
Since coming to Manchester United from Norwegian Molde for the modest sum of 1.5 million pounds in 1996, Solskjær scored just six minutes after his debut for the Reds.

His victory goal in the final minute of the Champions League final in 1999 even won him the nickname "killer with a baby face and always love the fans.

Alan Shearer
Legendary Englishman arrived at Blackburn Rovers team from Southampton in 1992 against a huge time cost of 3.6 million pounds. With 112 hits in 138 games, Shearer helped Rovers win the title in the Premier League before being sold to Newcastle for 11 million pounds in 1996.

Eric Cantona
Manchester United had not won the Premiership title in 26 years, while at Old Trafford Eric Cantona did not come to end the long wait. It came from the team of Leeds in 1992 for 1.2 million pounds and inspire the team Sir Alex Ferguson for a series of trophies, which is not yet complete.

Paolo Di Canio
The Italian moved from Sheffield Wednesday to West Ham United in 1999 against a really modest 1.75 million pounds. Scoring great goals, pushing referees, describing as a fascist (but in no way racist) Paolo Di Canio has become a hero for the Hammers.

Cristiano Ronaldo
The boy - a miracle came to Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon in 2003 after six seasons of superb performance, a huge number of goals and breathtaking plays, became the most expensive player on the planet.

Dennis Bergkamp
After being almost forgotten in the Inter Arsene Wenger has managed to revive the career of Bergkamp after his arrival at Arsenal in 1995 (about 7.5 million pounds). Dutch footballer left a lasting mark on the London club and then in his most glorious years.

Thierry Henry
Shot in the top ten for Arsene Wenger was the attraction of French international Thierry Henry in 1999 by the Italian Juventus for 10.5 million pounds.

Years marked the striker goal after goal in the opponent's door and became, according to some experts, the best player Arsenal have ever had. To this day, Henry has the status of deity among the fans at the Emirates Stadium.
