UEFA punished Mourinho

Coach of Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho was banned for two matches and fined € 40,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct during a game against Ajax in the Champions League.
UEFA disciplinary committee decided the second game is conditional and will enter into force if Ronaldo break the rules in the next three years.
The meeting with Ajax Jose Mourinho instruct Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos to earn his red cards by goalkeepers Iker Casillas and Jerzy Dudek.
So both will clear the cards for important matches of the second round.
Alonso and Ramos however were punished for one match and fined 20 000 euros. Casillas has to pay 10,000 euros, and Dudek - 5000.
Real Madrid will have to pay a fine of 120,000 euros. The club can appeal within three days.
