Referee of Basel - CSKA took € 50,000 from toto mafia

Ukrainian Oleg Oriehov judge took 50,000 euros from toto mafia to manipulate the outcome of games for Basel Europe League - CSKA, played on November 5 last year.

According to prosecutors in Bochum, which investigated the case, the profit from betting on this match is about 200,000 euros. The match ended 3:1 for the Swiss.

Furthermore Oriehov who in March was expelled from UEFA for life emerged in the investigation and the name of Bosnian referee Novo Panic.

Again in November 2009 Panic has received 60,000 euros to manipulate the outcome of European qualification for young people (up to 21 years) between Switzerland and Georgia.

In this case, totomafiyata lost bets as Switzerland won only 1:0, but the stakes were to win with a great result.

The list of rigged matches is quite large, and this investigation will inevitably affect football in Europe as a whole.
